Mist kits are ready for immediate shipping. Individual components can be purchased separately, so contact us for individual pricing. Before you purchase a system, make sure you have the correct length hose to reach your mist bed, and a dry location to mount your controller.

The Get you Growing Kit

This kit is designed to get you up and running within minutes. It comes pre-assembled, pre-wired, pre-drilled and pre-programmed for your geographical location. Just use the two provided wire nuts to attach the programmer to the solenoid, attach the provided manifold extension piece, attach a garden hose and provided filter to the solenoid, attach solenoid to the manifold, insert Mist Stix into the manifold, plug in the timer, and you're misting. This kit is designed to cover either two adjacent 4' by 8'misting beds, or one 4' by 12' misting bed. However, the unique design of the manifolds allow great flexibility. Garden hose connections on both ends allow you to configure your system YOUR way. Manifolds can simply be attached to each other for one long bed, or they can be daisy-chained together with a garden hose to cover beds that are separated by a short distance. The modular construction allows for expansion. More extensions and Mist Stix can be bought separately to create an even longer manifold. Unless you are on a town or city water supply, we recommend no more than 8 Mist Stix per manifold, to minimize water pressure issues.

Your kit includes:

• Detailed and easy to understand directions for timer and detailed instructions for assembling the kit
• Six station ELECTRIC (battery backup) timer with one station pre-programmed for 6 seconds every 10 minutes, and pre- wired with 20 feet of wire. (Battery is included) Unit is not weatherproof and must be protected. This timer can run up to six different misting beds, allowing for expansion of your system as you grow more cuttings. Can also be programmed to control irrigation for your field grown or potted plants.
• 24 volt solenoid with all required plumbing fittings installed.
• Two 40" long 3/4" dia. PVC predrilled manifolds. Manifolds have all required plumbing fittings installed to allow them to be connected together to mist one long bed, or two 4'x8' beds using a small length of hose you supply.
• Four Misting Sticks.
• Easily cleaned hose filter that installs before the solenoid valve to eliminate particles from clogging the system.
• Two wire nuts.

NOTE: We can substitute a BATTERY operated Single Station Timer if requested. Please note that the battery operated controller comes with a factory installed solenoid valve, and unlike its electrically operated cousin, it can ONLY operate one valve. An additional $10.00 will need to be added to the kit price to cover the price difference. At this time, this is a special purchase for us, so an additional 1-2 weeks will be required before shipping.
